She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She specialises in legal services for entities undergoing composition in bankruptcy or restructuring. Marzena Kos-Sroka’s interests also include aspects of civil law, civil proceedings and business and commercial law. She is the co-author of academic publications in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring law.
As a student, she completed an internship with the Regional Court in Kraków and the District Prosecutor’s Office in Tarnów, which gave her an opportunity to learn about practical applications of the penal procedure. Furthermore, she gained experience at the “Omega Kancelarie Prawne” Law Firm in Tarnów, where she provided legal services to clients and drafted procedural documents. She also has experience in drawing up legal opinions in the fields of civil law and company law.
